		<description>Exfluences, I love it!  Great advice Tyesha. I would add talking to whoever she can - customer service reps, any other internal folks who in some way act as proxies for users. It can be informal as hell, but I always say some user perspective is better than none.  It&#039;s the skill in parsing that information and understanding perspectives that is the benefit of having a professional UX person doing the research and analysis - and she has that, even if she&#039;s young/new.</description>
